Villa Morfeas is a newly built resort surrounded by tall pines and rolling mountains on one side and the sparkling Aegean sea on the other. It is the perfect place to find peace and quiet and to enjoy a very relaxful Greek island holiday. Surrounded by nature but conveniently close to town, we have everything you'll need for a most memorable vacation on Thassos.

Nisteri beach offers warm and shallow water which is safe and fun for children, and the beach is nice and sandy. Staying with us, you will be able to step out every morning from your room and take a gentle 1 minute stroll towards the coast and reach the beach tirelessley. Nisteri Beach also offers a magnificent view of Thassos Town and you will watch as the ferry boats pass in the distance, coming and going with more happy tourists.

We are only a 5 minute drive from the main ferry port of Thassos and we are just 10 metres off the main road that circles the entire island. We can provide transportation between the ferry port and our location, available upon request.

Lampini is a village of 200 inhabitants near the Cave of a village with all commodities.
Located between the distance of the unique coastline of southern Crete and the cosmopolitan areas of the north performance makes it ideal for browsing around the island.

Individual properties near Makris Yialos beach are highly sought after, so we are pleased to offer these three detached villas.lASSI APARTMENTS, they stand in their own gardens below the road, only a 2-3 minute walk from the excellent sandy beach here. A swimming pool open to the public is a 5 minute walk away. The houses are separated from one another by a mature surrounding garden. Each comprises one twin and one double bedroom (both bedrooms have air-conditioning and some have access to a side-terrace); a good-sized living room with a well equipped kitchen area (full cooker, fridge); and a bathroom with full bath, shower and wc. To the front there is a large veranda with sunblind. A sofa-bed in the living room can accommodate a child. The houses are well furnished to a modern standard throughout. One of the villas has a studio apartment below it. Makris Yialos beach is reached via a small lane and some steps, and in the other direction you will find a selection of shops and restaurants within a few minutes walk along the main road. These houses offer comfort, plenty of space and an excellent holiday location.

Cancellation: 1. If cancelled 21 days prior to the date of arrival, deposit is refunded to the client. 2. If cancelled within 21 days of the date of arrival, client has to cover 50% of the cost. 3. In case of cancellation during stay, client should compensate the company with 50% of the cost for the remaining period of his stay.

Payments Terms: A deposit of 20% of the costs of the booking paid at least 4 weeks before departure and the rest of the amount is to be paid on the arrival day cash.

If you prefer to use the island's bus, which runs regularly throughout the day ,there is a bus stop right outside the house. Βella Vista Villa This spacious, ground floor apartment has a large veranda, bordered by lemon trees, with a breathtaking sea view across Lakka harbour - the ideal place to relax, sunbathe and relish the tranquillity of Paxos. "Bella Vista Villa" is beautifully appointed with air-condition. It offers two bedrooms, one with twin beds, one with a double bed; a large sitting-dining room with satellite television and CD/DVD player; a very well equipped kitchen including microwave, mixer, toaster, iron and ironing board; 2 bathrooms with shower and hair-drier; use of a washing machine and fresh hot water 24 hours a day. "Bella Vista Villa" has also two extra sofa beds, if needed. There is gated, private parking in front of the house. The price for "Bella Vista Villa" includes a Welcome Hamper on arrival, maid service three times a week (or six times a week on request for an additional cost of 45 euros a week); a change of towels twice a week and use of washing machine. Each apartment can accommodate 6 people, fully furnished and equipped (aircontition-heating, kitchen, laundry & dishwasher, appliances, TV, Internet - Parking) with 3 bedrooms - kitchen / living room - 2 WC and 1 bathroom. Riza Stone Cottage is an eco-sensitive construction using local stone and timber, with natural agricultural gardens, healthy spring water and delightful simple decoration.

Our villa is located in a very quiet location within a private farm. It is just 2 km from the town of Skopelos. The nearest beach of Stafilos is 1.5 km.

It features a private pool, garden, outdoor games and a private parking. The surrounding area is bright with shady places among olive trees and flowers suitable for relaxation and peace of mind.

In the living room and dining room can accommodate up to 5 people. The fireplace can be used to cheer you up with the graphic design. For your diet will find electric stove with oven, refrigerator, toaster, blender, coffee maker and a portable grill with coals.

There is a dishwasher and all kitchen utensils. It also has a washing machine and iron.

The villa has simple satellite TV and sound system and air conditioning. There is a telephone line for internet. There are two bedrooms. One with a double bed and the other with two singles. In the living room there is a sofa bed. We provide all the linen sheets and towels. Every three days is to replace them with clean.

Nearby you will find restaurants pizza food market store car wash gas station taverns and Tire.

Before your arrival we clean the house (floors, bedrooms,

cupboards, refrigerator, stove, furniture, windows). There tend to

clean the house during your stay in this because we want to

our distinctive presence in your space. Cleanliness leave it in your mood after you with all detergents and other

necessary for this purpose.

Linen and towels are ours and your renew with

clean every three days.

The care of the pool is ours, and: every 2nd day sweep

the surface and bottom.

Once a week is water control and filter or earlier depending on conditions of use (children, rain, heat).

Usually every 2nd 3rd day care (mainly afternoon) the garden

flowers and Baxe (of which offer highly ecological products).
