Halki, is a small graphic fishermen island at the North-Eastern Aegean Sea,
close to Rhodes island.
Its inhabitants, known for their hospitality, are about 250 people, mainly fishermen.
Upon arrival at Halki, one realizes immediately that here tradition is still a value.. The houses are all stone-made with tiled-roofs, wooden windows and balconies..all built next to the seaside.
Crystal clear waters and two wonderful untouched beaches for swimming are available within 10 and 15 minutes walking distance from the inhabited area.
The featured house for rent is an old, two-storeyed stone-house, fully renovated in 2005 by the owner, Mr. Mavrakis George an architect living on Rhodes island. Distance from the beach and main square is only 70 meters. It accommodates 5 adults.

On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms ( one with double bed and one with twin-beds) 1 bathroom/WC, an open plan kitchen and living area and a wooden staircase leading to the first floor, as well as a spacious veranda with sea view.

On the second floor, there is one bedroom (single bed), a bathroom/WC and a balcony with sea view.

Designed according to the traditional architecture of Skopelos, these modern and comfortable accommodation situated on the beach of the grape. The three-storey building consists of:

2 villas and 1 suite on the upper floors have balconies overlooking the Aegean Sea, the garden and pool.

2 Apartments and Apartment 1 on the ground floor have terraces overlooking the large communal garden, the pool and the mountains.

All accommodations have air conditioning, satellite TV, fully equipped kitchens, fireplaces and central heating for the winter and daily cleaning.

The "Poseidon" is about 400 meters from the beaches of grape and Velanio. In the large garden there is a private swimming pool (15m x 7m) with bar where breakfast option, a covered barbecue, children's playground with swings and seesaw for children and parking. The main road and the bus stop is located next to the complex. The area has a few restaurants within a few minutes walk.

The island of Lefkada has a Mediterranean climate like the rest of Greece. Here is the "Calm wave villas". Each house (Villa Helena and Villa Eirini)consists of spacious rooms to serve you. Houses description: Upper level: There is a bedroom with a double bed, closet, library, bathroom with shower and Hydro-massage in the cabin. Going down a stair with 6 steps you enter the level of living room where the fireplace and kitchen is also situated. The living room is equipped with 2 triple sofas and a lounge chair with auxiliary tables and TV with stereo HI-FI. In the kitchen there is a dining table with 6 chairs. Middle level: Consists of a bedroom with two single beds, library and bathroom with bathtub. Lower level: Consists of the master bedroom with en suite bathroom and incorporated mechanism in the bed (extra bed) which can be extracted to accommodate a child or adult. The bathroom contains a hydro-jet massage (Jacuzzi). The bedroom has a comfortable morning room. The washing-machine and tumble dryer for laundry is also situated at the Lower level. It is worth mentioning that the bedroom walls are soundproof and the design of the houses with different levels offers essential peace and quiet for guests. The courtyard contains the Barbecue area with a splendid veranda (sedentary) under shade of a pergola. On the opposite side there is a Swimming-pool 5m x 8m. Both sides of the courtyard offer a spectacular view of the sea.
