The villa has a delightfully relaxed atmosphere and provides great seclusion and privacy as there are no other houses within view. It is a short drive, along winding unpaved lanes to the lovely old village of Prines, and about 15 minute drive to the nearest sandy beach.
The living area of the villa is on two levels and the interiors are simple, fresh and modern in style. The living area consists of a living room with a three-seater couch, a satellite TV, a dining table and there is also a well-equipped kitchen with a large fridge and a dishwasher, and three small bathrooms each equipped with a bathtub, shower and jacuzzi and a washing machine which is located in a different room..
