The main factor in this, the talent and golden hands of Ms. Marina, which guarantee the unparalleled quality of each dish. In the hands of Mrs. Marina and her husband Mr. Jimi who is famous for his baking skills, with help from their daughter who has inherited her grandmother's name, "Sofia" has preserved all those characteristics that made her made them famous and loved in the Aegina community and outside the island as well.
