Since 1975, the creators of Kostas and Nikos, born in the Czech Republic by Greek parents repatriated to Greece . The innate talent , passion and the love of two brothers for quality , genuine Czech cuisine , made them very popular in traditional Greek ouzo Ambelokipi , where workers as chefs, began to incorporate Czech cuisine and to offer their patrons ouzo . The Czech gastronomy started to become highly popular among Greeks and brothers Nick and Kostas met the difficult challenge: to make us know the Czech culture dishes and to worship . Two years later , namely on November 17, 1982 , after hard work and perseverance, Nikos and Costas managed to open the doors of the restaurant Fellowship , where there nobody could taste Greek cuisine and Czech dishes at the same time , ever increasing in number. The dream , therefore , began to take shape and form. So the love of the people for the Czech cuisine led the 1987 renaming of the restaurant at all too familiar BOHEMIA. The bohemia, has quickly established itself in our consciousness as the Czech restaurant in Athens where until today and surprise ... Our place great turnout from all regions , led us to expand the restaurant , so they can be served directly to 200 people in three different rooms beautifully decorated .
