    LORD Hellas company engages in importing and manufacturing of luxury pre-built houses at affordable prices based in Thessaloniki. Its activity began in 1999 when the company’s staff took part in seminars at the factory of pre-built houses in the Czech Republic about prefabrication and assembling of residencies according to the LORD building system. The first official presence of the company in the Greek market was held with great success in Thessaloniki International Fair in September 2000. At the same year the exhibitions of prebuilt houses "Ideal House" in Athens and "Commercial" in Kozani were also held. In 2001 the company took part in "D.E.K.K." and in 2002 in "House" exhibition at Heraklion Crete. Since 2001, the company has to show dozens of prefabricated wooden houses throughout Greece.
