    Open: Tuesday-Sunday: 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 pm   Tickets: Full: 3 €, Reduced: 2 €   The permanent exhibition refers primarily to Amvrakia, ancient city buried beneath Arta and contains three major sections: the public life, cemeteries and private life of Amvrakia while the beginning and end of the smallest located sections of entry and the "end of Amvrakia" respectively. The findings from the town of Arta originate from the excavations at the two cemeteries that Amvrakia had outside the walls, the east and the south, from public buildings that have been revealed so far, such as the Small and Grand Theatre, the Temple of Apollo and the Prytaneion, from houses and other architectural remains and pottery or koroplastika workshops, brought to light by occasional archaeological research in Arta. The findings of the Museum's collection cover a long period from the Stone Age to the Roman period.
