PIERION MUSSES

You reach Katerini and following westwards the national road of Athens-Elassona, you smoothly begin climbing in Pieria Mountains. You pass one by one the villages Svoronos, Neokaisareia, Moshohori, Vria and Retini. The nature around you is astonishing. As you go up further, passing through nature and waters, you find Elatohori in front of you. A village separated in two. The old part called Skouterna and a little above it, the new one, both facing the Aegean coasts of Katerini.You are in 840 m height and have covered already 29km from Katerini.

In the old part of Elatochori you meet "Pierion Musses", a traditional hotel complex made of stone and wood. A source of warm hospitality settled from a family of smilling people.

Built with local stone and timber in the traditional settlement Old Elatohori, the hotel "Pierion Musses" gazes from a 850m altitude the tops of Olympus, the gulf of Katerini and the Cermaiko gulf up to the coasts of Chalkidiki.

At the hotel Pierion Musses you can find an incredible chalet of 250 sq.m. with a boundless view.

In our chalet you can seat near the imposing central fireplace where you can have a traditional breakfast or enjoy a coffe or drink throughout the day and until late the night. moreover, you can taste the local raki (tsipouro) with different delicacies and homemade sweets.
To relax and invigorate yourself you can use the gym, the sauna or the jacuzzi of the hotel.

For entertainment there is a pool hall available in addition with the external pool for summer relaxation. Furthermore, you can paly ping-pong and other diferent games for children and adults
