VILLA ARTEMIS -TOURIST HOUSE

Idyllically positioned in peaceful large grounds, with surrounding oak woods and olive groves as well as a great view to the mountains and the sea, Villa Artemis is a comfortable three bedroom country property of 130 sqm with a lovely swimming pool, and is suitable for 6-8 people.
The villa has a delightfully relaxed atmosphere and provides great seclusion and privacy as there are no other houses within view. It is a short drive, along winding unpaved lanes to the lovely old village of Prines, and about 15 minute drive to the nearest sandy beach.
The living area of the villa is on two levels and the interiors are simple, fresh and modern in style. The living area consists of a living room with a three-seater couch, a satellite TV, a dining table and there is also a well-equipped kitchen with a large fridge and a dishwasher, and three small bathrooms each equipped with a bathtub, shower and jacuzzi and a washing machine which is located in a different room.. There is also one bedroom with a double bed and two bedrooms with two single beds. Further facilities include a barbecue in the garden.
The villa has also got two covered sun terraces and a 40sqm swimming pool with children’s pool, and the raised pool terraces are equipped with sun beds, sun umbrellas and a ping-pong. The farm is about 5000 sqm.
There are a few tiny shops in Prines, but a wide array of excellent tavernas and larger shops can be found in the surrounding area, and in the handsome large town of Rethymnon on the coast. A car is essential.
