The exhibits are very important and include, among other things, sculptures from Livadeia and Chaironeia (Cybele, Demeter, portrait of Emperor Hadrian, Athena Kranai, stone ball with relief figures of the Sun and Moon), pottery from prehistoric and historic sites in the area Chaironeia, Elateia, Orchomenos, the Exarch and Saint Theodoros of Antikyra, pieces of Mycenaean murals from Orchomenos, coins and weapons from the tomb of the Macedonians and polyandreion Thebans at Chaeronea.
In recent years the museum's collections have been enriched with the findings of the excavations of the Ephorate in Orchomenos, Livadeia, Viotia Kifissos (large cemetery archaic) and Chaironeia (Roman farmhouses, tombs of classical and Hellenistic periods).
