Inspiration is the driving force of art. But I think that it is not enough to fuel the creativity of the artist. Without enthusiasm, humor and positive mood, I am personally not able to create anything, which is why I use these as my raw materials. As for the other raw materials? Silver, enamel, colored ribbons and silk fabrics, tulle, lace, leather, semi-precious stones, sequins and beads, small clay figures. I like to combine the precious with the trivial.
I consider each piece of jewelry as a short journey to imaginary worlds where the positive energy, colorfulness and joy prevail. Uniformity repels me, and I try to make every piece that comes out of my lab to stand out from the rest of its brothers. I especially love the matching pairs. But I like unmatched as well. Those, that one piece complements or designates somehow another.
So, I created my own colored silver world where bees fly together with butterflies, ballerinas twirl along with flamenco dancers, flowers and innocent cactuses bloom in different colors, elves get hunted by good witches and fairies, princesses live in fairytale castles and fall in love with frogs that a kiss can transform them into princes, stars hang out with moons, suns hide behind clouds and umbrellas, mermaids are jealous because of the fancy dresses of young ladies and all together adore necks, ears and fingers.
Welcome to my colored silver world and I hope even if it does not fit your taste, to make you at least smile.
