Also participated in both emergency and planned surgery .
As part of the requirements for obtaining the specialty of Obstetrics and Gynecology [ mandatory one year training in general surgery before the start of Obstetrics and Gynecology ] worked as a trainee assistant at Surgery Clinic Gen.Nos.Aigiou with director Dr.P. Andrikopoulos from 03.24.1994 to 14.11.1995 (20 months) . I gained extensive experience in General Surgery both participating and performing my own plethora of supervised emergency and elective surgery , and of course I had the responsibility of monitoring of hospitalized patients and treat them in emergency outpatient .
